Delete your DeepDialogue account & data

You can delete your DeepDialogue account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open DeepDialogue → Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your cloud data (profile, progress, streak, custom decks, partner connections) and clears the data stored locally on your device.

By request (no app needed)

Email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Account (email, display name), profile details, your conversation answers, reactions, notes and takeaways, progress and streak, custom decks, and partner connections.

What may be retained

Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked to you, and records we are legally required to keep.
